Dr. Bishnu Ghale is a dedicated Sports Physiotherapist with expertise in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athletic performance enhancement. Whether on the field or in the clinic, she is committed to helping athletes recover, move better, and perform at their peak. She holds a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from UCBMS&H, Dehradun and a Master’s in Sports Medicine from Manav Rachna Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad. 

Her on-field experience includes working as a physiotherapist at the 10th Asian Youth Women’s Handball Championship 2023, Khelo India Youth Games 2023, and Khelo India Para Games 2023 (Football), where she provided immediate care and rehabilitation for elite athletes. Skilled in handling high-pressure situations, she ensures athletes receive the best support for recovery and peak performance. 

Beyond the field, Dr. Bishnu has worked with a diverse range of patients, from athletes managing sports injuries to individuals recovering from musculoskeletal conditions.  

She is Certified in Dry Needling, and incorporates soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and movement correction strategies into her treatment approach, tailoring each plan to the patient’s unique needs.
