Dr. Diksha Gupta is a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a robust academic and clinical background. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from PGI, Chandigarh, and completed her Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Punjabi University, Patiala. Currently, she leads the Pelvic Floor Clinic at Synchrony Health.

Dr. Diksha specializes in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction, employing a blend of treatment and training strategies tailored to help patients manage and overcome pelvic floor issues. In addition to her focus on pelvic health, she has a strong passion for managing spinal conditions, particularly neck and back pain, using a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.

Her treatment incorporates a variety of manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization, soft tissue release, dry needling, and kinesiotaping, complemented by personalized therapeutic exercise programs.
