Dr. Nida Fatima is a sports physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (Sports) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.

She has over four years of work experience in renowned hospitals, including Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Safdarjung Hospital (Sports Injury Center), and various clinics in New Delhi. She has also worked as a sports physiotherapist for Football Delhi during various camps and trials.

Dr. Fatima specializes in treating ankle, knee, and shoulder injuries, as well as successfully managing wrist, elbow, neck, and back pain. She is a certified practitioner in dry needling and Pilates. She listens to her patients patiently and strives to identify the root cause of their problems. Her treatment methods include myofascial release, joint mobilization, kinesio-taping, dry needling, and a variety of exercises designed to relieve pain, improve posture, and promote physical activity.

Her objective is to use evidence-based exercises and to treat patients holistically for a healthy body and mind.
